Pakistan International Airline littered

21 domestic and international flights has been cancelled after a strike driven by airline pilots

There is a serious dispute between Pakistan International Airline management and PALPA (Pakistan Airline Pilots’ Association). The reason of this anarchy between the both is the suspension of licences of two pilots by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA). PALPA refused to fly the cargo and passenger flights. Due to this strike twenty-one  cargo and passenger flights has been cancelled. But the protest of the PALPA has still continued and due to this protest a great wave of chaos is spread in the Pakistan’s aviation department.

A spokesperson of PIA said that PIA was operating the flights for approximately 125 regions, but due to the strike of the Pilots Association twenty-one  passenger and cargo flights had to be cancelled.

Due to this strike of PALPA country is going through a severe economic loss. The airline informed the passengers and the cargo holders by phone calls and messaging services about the cancellation of the flights.

The company is under pressure due to this strike of pilots. Fourteen pilots refused to fly the flights for national and international flight schedule and destinations of PIA  disturbed seriously.  Approximately six thousand  passengers and many traders are the badly affected by this strike of PALPA .

PIA management has requested the pilots to put the country’s interest first and to run the flights according to the schedule.

PIA said that the protest of PALPA  against the PIA is not genuine because the licences of two pilots have been suspended by the Civil Aviation Authority and not by PIA.

According to a spokesperson, the licences suspension of the two pilots was the result of operating flights without permission.  Cargo agents and passengers continued to face misery on Friday as a strike of pilots against Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) management.

According to PIA spokesman PALPA is responsible for the agony caused to the Hujaj and including their cargo. Due to this dispute Haj flight schedule is also badly affected.  The spokesman for Civil Aviation Authority said that Palpa has become a cause of threat to the national passenger and freight flights.

PALPA is also accountable for economic losses to the nation by dictating their personal agenda to the PIA and Pakistan by consciously ignoring the flight safety rules and regulations which are prepared for the welfare of passengers and for the safety of freight which is transported by air.
